Shipping Policies

University Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items.

On average, your order will be received in 4-7 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 25 days of shipment, for a full refund. Returns involving debit cards may involve a 3-5 day delay depending on your bank's policy. Exceptions to the refund policy include textbooks, media (access codes) that has been removed from its original packaging, and customized products.

The textbook return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase was made. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook.

Customized products that are non-returnable include clothing with monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi).

Defective or incorrectly shipped products may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces that were originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Products that are not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check your order's packing list for return address information.
