Return Policy
Returning Books
You have 4 calendar days from the date of the receipt or from the start of the semester to return purchased textbooks in unmarked resalable condition. Books purchased used can be returned within the same 4 calendar days, with used stickers still intact.
Refunds to debit cards may encounter a 3 to 5 day delay depending on your bank's policy.
Books purchased after November 1st in the fall term or April 1st in the spring term are not returnable.
Books packaged together with other items must be returned complete. Your receipt will show how many items are included in packages. Access codes, pass codes, and CDs are not returnable if opened or used. Some specially marked textbooks and software are not returnable.
The return period for short session books is 1 day per week of class. Classes less than one week have one day to return books.
Publisher defective books are returnable for an exact exchange anytime.
