Textbook Requisition Online Instructions
Please complete these orders well in advance of your term. We require several months to fill them and we cannot fill orders we don't have.
- Go to the Whitewater University Bookstore Textbook Requisition System.
- Enter your campus Net ID and bookstore password.
If you don't know your password, we can e-mail it to you. - Select "Create Requisition."
- Select the term and department.
- Select the course and section.
- Enter the estimated enrollment.
- Check all boxes that apply.
- Add any comments regarding course packs or needed supplies.
- Select a textbook using course history, book search, or the "Add a New Book" Option.
- Once you have selected a book, select "Required," or "Recommended."
- Add additional comments or instructions.
- Click on the "Save" button - not the "Save and Submit" button - at the bottom if more books need to be added.
- Click on "Save and Submit" when all textbooks have been added.
- The status field in the requisition header will change to "Submitted and Approved."
You will receive an e-mail verification that your textbook requisition has been received.
